1. Contract Conclusion By booking the holiday apartment (in writing, by phone, or via our booking website), a rental contract is concluded between the guest (tenant) and the Lentner family (landlord). These terms and conditions apply and are accepted by the guest upon booking. 2. Payment Terms The total amount is due as follows: * A deposit equal to the first night's stay is due within 7 days of booking. * The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. * The security deposit of €200 must be paid with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 7 working days after proper handover. 3. Security Deposit The deposit secures coverage for any damages or excessive cleaning. Deductions will be made with proof. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be in writing. * Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival, minus the deposit (first night). * For cancellations less than 4 days before arrival or no-shows, the full rental price is due. 5. Check-in and Check-out * Check-in from 3:00 PM * Check-out by 10:00 AM Other times by arrangement. 6. Liability / Damages The tenant is liable for any damages caused by themselves or their companions. 7. House Rules The house rules must be followed, especially quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 8. Pets Pets are not allowed. 9. Landlord’s Right to Withdraw In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. Paid amounts will be refunded. 10. Jurisdiction German law applies. Jurisdiction is the landlord’s place of residence.
